All ticket purchases must be made by people 19 or older.  Only players 19 or over can play the bingo sessions.   

The presence of a minor at a licensed bingo or ticket raffle event is permitted only if the minor is:  

• Under the supervision of their parent or guardian; or  
• An employee carrying out the duties of their employment at the event, other than as a gaming worker, and is under the supervision of their employer.  

The convention centre space is inviting and accessible for everyone. As a single-level building, with very few access barriers, our 60,000 sq. ft. “bungalow” is ideal for wheelchairs and mobility-restricted patrons. To enter the facility, there are no steps, inclines or declines. Motorized door openers, convenient designated parking stalls, accessible washrooms and a metal ramp for stage, dot the “i” on accessible. Dedicated employees are also there to help.

Yes, parking is available at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre. There are 600 parking stalls. These free stalls are located just steps from the venue’s entrance. If the Power Street lot is full, additional parking lots are accessible off of Alberni Street, behind the Convention Centre. Please visit the parking map for more information.

We encourage you to use public transportation. Refer to BC Transit for options. 

Yes, there are two ATMs onsite in our pre-function space.

If you’ve lost a personal item, please speak with one of the helpful employees. Found items are to turned into our event manager. The event manager can be reached at 250.490.2466. We are not responsible for lost items. Found items are held for 30 days.

Yes, personal phones and personal cameras are permitted.
